Yes — this is the whole point of how we ship. Open the parcel in front of the rider, check it against the listing (model, colour, contents, box condition), and if it is wrong or damaged, refuse it on the spot. You pay nothing and we cover the return leg. Every rider we use knows this policy.

Cash on delivery anywhere we deliver in Pakistan, and bank transfer. Bank transfer takes 5% off your whole order — it saves us the COD collection fee, so we pass it back to you.

Choose Direct bank transfer at checkout and the 5% comes off your order total automatically before you confirm. You will see the discount line in the order summary.

No. The total you see at checkout is the total the rider collects. Delivery is Rs 250, and free on orders over Rs 10,000.

Typically 1–3 working days nationwide once your order is confirmed. Larger cities are usually next-day. If anything will take longer, we tell you on WhatsApp before dispatch rather than leaving you guessing.

Unused items in original packaging can go back within 7 days. For opened items we look at it case by case — message us and we will be straight with you about what we can do.

Yes. We source from authorised suppliers and we would rather be out of stock than sell a copy. Because you open the box before paying, you never have to take that promise on trust.
