Return Policy

At Playtronix, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery under the terms below.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

For non-defective items you simply no longer want, we accept returns within 7 days as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 336 4446944), phone, or email at Contact@playtronix.store with your order number.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-10 business days of approval.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
